IntegrityNext and parasus Launch SAP EUDR Connector to Automate Supply Chain Due Diligence Inside SAP

New Connector Streamlines Compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation – Available on the SAP App Store

Munich, 2 September 2025 – IntegrityNext and SAP consultancy parasus today announced the launch of the SAP EUDR Connector, a jointly developed integration that embeds product-level due diligence directly into SAP procurement and logistics workflows. The Connector enables companies to automate key compliance steps for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) – from supplier checks to order approvals – within the SAP environment.

The Connector links SAP systems with the IntegrityNext platform to ensure fast, traceable, and audit-ready EUDR compliance.

Compliance Where Business Happens

Starting in December 2025, companies will be required to demonstrate that products containing commodities such as soy, palm oil, cocoa, wood, and rubber are not linked to deforestation. This includes the collection of geolocation data and the submission of due diligence statements (DDS) to the EU’s TRACES system.

“With this Connector, EUDR due diligence is no longer a side process – it becomes part of the SAP-driven workflow,” said Till Reiter, Chief Product Officer at IntegrityNext.
“By embedding our solution where procurement and production decisions are made, we help companies move from fragmented compliance to integrated assurance – saving time, reducing risk, and increasing control.”

Key Capabilities of the SAP EUDR Connector

The Connector currently integrates with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition and is meant to be embedded in the Flexible Workflow for Purchase Order approvals. It enables automated data exchange between SAP and IntegrityNext, including:

  • Purchase order details, material information, supplier name, address, and contact
  • Order status updates (in progress, approved, rejected)
  • Due diligence request and verification numbers
  • Automated TRACES submission (via IntegrityNext)
  • Conditional order approval or rejection based on compliance results

“Our goal was to eliminate manual friction and bring clarity and speed to a compliance process that will affect thousands of SAP users across Europe,” said Hermann Ebert, Managing Director of parasus. “With this Connector, the EUDR becomes not only manageable, but monitorable – directly in the systems and processes customers already use every day.”

From Obligation to Advantage

By automating product compliance directly within SAP, the Connector enables companies to reduce manual effort, eliminate error-prone workflows, and maintain procurement speed without compromising on audit requirements. It provides full traceability across supplier orders and compliance status, ensuring that every transaction is backed by verifiable data. At the same time, it helps align procurement and legal teams around a shared, transparent due diligence process – turning regulatory pressure into an opportunity for operational clarity and risk control.

You can find more information about the SAP EUDR Connector directly in the SAP App Store.
