IntegrityNext Appoints Simon Jaehnig as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer

Simon Jaehnig assumes responsibility for strategy and innovation to accelerate AI-First Transformation and Strategic Execution across the company.

Munich, New York, February 19, 2026 - IntegrityNext, a leading provider of supply chain sustainability solutions, today announced the appointment of Simon Jaehnig as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer (CSIO). In this expanded role, Jaehnig will lead IntegrityNext’s  corporate strategy and innovation agenda with a clear mandate: transform IntegrityNext into an AI-first organization, across product, platform, operating model, and go-to-market execution.

Jaehnig is a co-founder of IntegrityNext and has held senior leadership roles across growth and go-to-market. In addition to his new role, Jaehnig will continue to serve as President of IntegrityNext Inc., focusing on leading the North American expansion, helping scale the company’s presence in the U.S. and deepen enterprise adoption.

Redefining supply chain sustainability with AI-first execution

IntegrityNext’s AI-first vision reflects a broader market shift from AI experimentation to agentic, workflow-driven execution, where governance, reliability, and traceability are becoming the deciding factors for enterprise adoption. Under Jaehnig’s leadership, IntegrityNext aims at being the governed intelligence and orchestration layer for sustainable supply chains.

“AI isn’t just a feature, it’s becoming the operating system for sustainable supply chain execution,” said Simon Jaehnig, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at IntegrityNext. “Our goal is to make every part of IntegrityNext AI-ready: trusted supplier, product, and regulatory context; governance and traceability by design; and AI that moves teams from static reporting to continuous decision-and-action workflows. In a world of growing complexity, AI becomes essential to deliver measurable outcomes.”

Measurable impact across the supply chain

IntegrityNext’s strategic direction builds on a clear market reality: sustainability and compliance are increasingly evaluated through the lens of business outcomes, including operational efficiency, resilience, risk reduction, and ROI. The company will sharpen its positioning as the intelligence and orchestration layer that connects supplier, product, material, and regulatory data in context, enabling cross-functional teams to act in sync and at scale.

As part of this strategy, IntegrityNext will deepen investments across three strategic priorities:

  1. Operational efficiency at scale – AI-assisted execution to reduce manual effort in data collection, assessments, compliance checks, and reporting.
  2. Proactive risk mitigation – earlier detection of weak signals across supply chains and guided next-best actions before issues escalate.
  3. Measurable outcomes and defensible ROI – quantifying time saved, audit effort reduced, disruption cost avoided, and improved market access, backed by traceable evidence.

“Simon’s combination of market understanding, product ambition, and execution focus is exactly what we need as the industry enters the next phase of AI adoption,” said Bruno Teuber, CEO of IntegrityNext. “We are moving from sustainability as reporting to sustainability as performance, and AI makes that shift possible. By combining his global strategy role with continued leadership in the U.S., Simon will help ensure that our AI-first vision swiftly translates into customer impact.”
