IntegrityNext launches AI Screening to Scale Supply Chain Due Diligence with Transparent, AI-powered Insights

Munich / New York, 24 March 2026IntegrityNext, a global leader in supply chain sustainability software, today announces the launch of AI Screening, a new capability within its Supply Chain Due Diligence solution. The innovation enables companies to analyze and understand their entire supplier base in minutes by transforming publicly available data into structured, explainable insights.

Companies today face a fundamental challenge in managing supplier data: while vast amounts of information are publicly available, turning it into reliable, structured insights remains highly manual, time-consuming, and difficult to scale. As a result, supplier assessments and sourcing decisions are often based on incomplete or delayed information, or require broad, resource-intensive data collection efforts – both internally and from suppliers, who are frequently asked to provide the same information repeatedly.

At the same time, growing regulatory requirements such as CSRD and CSDDD are increasing the need for transparency, traceability, and auditability across supply chains. AI Screening addresses these challenges by introducing an AI-powered intelligence layer that automatically collects, structures, and contextualizes supplier information from verified public sources. Each insight is directly linked to its source, making results transparent, traceable, and easy to validate.

“Due diligence today is not constrained by a lack of data, but by the effort required to make sense of it,” said Till Reiter, Chief Product Officer at IntegrityNext. “Our new AI Screening feature fundamentally changes this dynamic. Companies can understand their supplier base within minutes, reduce manual research, and significantly lower unnecessary supplier outreach – while maintaining full transparency and control.”

By generating a structured screening outcome for each supplier, including evidence and source references, AI Screening enables companies to quickly understand supplier risks, expand coverage across their supplier base (incl. non-responding suppliers), and prioritize where deeper engagement is required.

In addition, it supports procurement teams in supplier prequalification – providing a data-driven basis to evaluate suppliers before engaging them, and enabling more informed and efficient sourcing decisions.

AI Screening is designed to complement primary supplier data. Instead of broad, resource-intensive outreach, companies can engage suppliers in a more targeted and efficient way, focusing on validation, clarification, and improvement where risks or gaps are identified. This reduces effort on both sides while improving the quality and relevance of collected data.

The solution operates based on clear principles for responsible AI: all insights are explainable, evidence-based, and auditable, and remain fully under human control. This ensures that AI supports decision-making without replacing it.

“With increasing regulatory complexity, companies need to move from selective assessments to full supplier visibility,” Reiter added. “AI Screening enables a new way of working with supplier data – where AI accelerates understanding, and human expertise drives action.”

The launch of AI Screening is closely aligned with IntegrityNext’s broader XMINDS initiative, which is advancing an AI-first future for supply chain sustainability and compliance. Through governed AI, audit-ready data orchestration, and explainable, evidence-based outputs under human oversight, XMINDS strengthens IntegrityNext’s ability to help companies transform fragmented supplier information into actionable intelligence, greater visibility, and measurable business value.
