The EU Deforestation-Free Regulation (EUDR) mandates that businesses importing or exporting key commodities – including soy, palm oil, cocoa, rubber, coffee, wood and cattle – must prove that their products are deforestation-free, covered by a due diligence statement, and compliant with the laws of the country of origin. Non-compliance can result in fines of up to 4% of annual turnover, product seizure, and exclusion from EU markets for up to 12 months. Larger businesses must comply by December 30, 2025, while small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have until June 30, 2026.

If risks or missing data are identified, companies can take immediate action through a structured mitigation workflow. The platform enables direct engagement with suppliers, documentation of compliance efforts, and tracking of corrective measures.
The IntegriityNext solution automatically consolidates this compliance data into an auditable due diligence statement (DDS) and submits it to the EU Information System (TRACES) on customers’ behalf, for all of their products, and on a continuous basis. Companies can pull this due diligence information back into their ERP systems, enabling them to conduct business as usual, and easily retain these records as required by the EUDR.
