IntegrityNext Launches XMINDS, New Initiative to Accelerate an AI-First Future for Supply Chain Sustainability

New corporate initiative increases investment in AI resources and a 2026+ innovation roadmap spanning governed agentic AI, audit-ready data orchestration, product traceability, and measurable business outcomes, to yield higher customer value.

Munich, New York, March 12, 2026 — IntegrityNext today announced the launch of the XMINDS, a new corporate transformation initiative designed to accelerate AI-powered innovation for supply chain sustainability and compliance. XMINDS formalizes IntegrityNext’s commitment to becoming an AI-first organization, with expanded investment in AI resources and capabilities across a multi-year roadmap through R&D, co-innovation programs and a dedicated Innovation Council.

From Sustainability Reporting to Measurable Business Outcomes

Sustainability and procurement teams are under intensifying pressure to both digitize and prove business value – while navigating expanding regulatory requirements and rising expectations for supplier compliance, multi-tier visibility, and resilience. At the same time, the market is shifting from early, general-purpose AI experimentation to agentic AI systems that can orchestrate data and workflows continuously. Yet the adoption barrier is not “access to AI”; it is trusted data, governance, and traceability, ensuring outputs are explainable, auditable, and aligned with organizational accountability.

XMINDS Innovation Center will advance a “governed intelligence layer” approach, connecting supplier, product, material, and regulatory information into AI-ready context, so teams can automate repetitive work, detect risks earlier, and demonstrate ROI. It will focus on AI that is evidence-backed by design, combining contextual regulatory knowledge with a robust data foundation and clear human oversight so users can trust not only the “answer,” but also the sources and reasoning behind it.

IntegrityNext’s XMINDS Innovation Center is a major step in our evolution toward an AI-first organization,” said Simon Jaehnig, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at IntegrityNext. “Our customers need faster execution, earlier risk detection, and audit-ready transparency across their complex supply chains. This initiative will accelerate how we deliver governed AI capabilities that turn fragmented sustainability and compliance data into actions and measurable outcomes. With this initiative, we are setting a new standard for AI-governed supply chain intelligence, helping our customers move from fragmented data to decision-readiness, create measurable financial impact, and build resilience in an increasingly volatile world.”

The Next Frontier of Sustainability Execution

IntegrityNext expects XMINDS Innovation Center to accelerate a set of near-term flagship programs, including:

  • AI-assisted assessments that generate initial responses supported by evidence links, reducing manual effort and improving speed;
  • Automation in product compliance, shifting from manual checks to continuous validation workflows;
  • Risk agents that can query and act across supply chain and product compliance data to transform complex signals into decisions and next steps.

“The next wave of value will come from AI that’s not only powerful, but trusted,” added Simon Jaehnig. “That means governance and human oversight, traceability to source evidence, and outputs that stand up in front of the CFO, the CSO, internal audit, and external stakeholders.”

Collaboration and Customer Co-Innovation

IntegrityNext will work with customers, partners, and domain experts through pilots and co-innovation programs to validate new capabilities in real-world, multi-tier supply chains and to ensure XMINDS Innovation Center’s priorities remain anchored in practical outcomes: operational efficiency, risk reduction, resilience, and growth.

Customer Innovation Council

As part of the initiative, IntegrityNext is establishing the XMINDS Customer Innovation Council, a select group of sustainability, procurement, compliance, and supply chain leaders. The Council will meet regularly to provide input on the XMINDS roadmap, participate in pilot design and validation, and share best practices for deploying governed, audit-ready AI across complex, multi-tier supply chains. Council members will receive early access to innovations and dedicated working sessions with IntegrityNext’s AI and product teams.
