IntegrityNext Strengthens Leadership Team with Two Key Appointments to Fuel Next Phase of Global Growth

Roxana Dobrescu joins as Chief People and Culture Officer and Ian McVey joins as Chief Revenue Officer

Munich, Germany | July 30, 2026 – IntegrityNext, a leading AI-powered supply chain sustainability and compliance platform, today announced two senior leadership appointments: Roxana Dobrescu as Chief People and Culture Officer and Ian McVey as Chief Revenue Officer. Both appointments support IntegrityNext's continued international expansion and the scaling of its go-to-market and people organizations.

"Roxana and Ian join at an important moment for IntegrityNext," said Bruno Teuber, CEO of IntegrityNext. "Roxana brings the vision to build a culture that scales with us, and Ian brings the commercial leadership to scale our go-to-market organization for the opportunities ahead. Together, they strengthen the foundation for our next phase of growth."

Roxana Dobrescu, Chief People and Culture Officer

Dobrescu joins IntegrityNext to lead its global people and culture strategy, bringing more than two decades of international leadership across various industries from pharma, to edtech or e-commerce. Across every one of those chapters, she's built the same thing: teams that perform, leaders who scale, and cultures strong enough to survive real growth. Most recently, her focus has been on how AI is redefining the judgment behind people decisions, the standards by which performance is measured, potential is recognized, and leadership is built. That is the thinking she brings to IntegrityNext, at a defining moment in the company's global growth.

"This is a genuinely ambitious growth story, and I think the next chapter is going to be absolutely incredible," said Dobrescu. "For me that means a performance culture people can actually trust, where feedback is honest and growth is real, not just talked about. It means investing in leadership at every level, so the people closest to the work have the confidence to lead it. It means belonging that holds up across time zones and cultures. And it means doing all of that with a genuinely global lens, because that's the company we're building. That's what I'm here for."

Ian McVey, Chief Revenue Officer

McVey brings more than 25 years of technology sector experience, most recently in go-to-market leadership roles across martech, healthtech, fintech, and HR tech. He joins from Emburse, where he led the successful transformation of the international go-to-market organization across all geographies outside North America. Prior to Emburse, McVey led the global sales and go-to-market transformation at Visier. At IntegrityNext, he will be responsible for the company's global go-to-market organization.

"I am delighted to be joining the IntegrityNext team at such an exciting stage of the company's growth," said McVey. "Regulatory tailwinds continue to drive strong opportunity for the business, and our continued product innovation creates an exceptional opportunity to accelerate growth while helping customers turn sustainability and supply chain challenges into business value. Together with our continued international expansion, this creates an exciting opportunity to grow alongside our customers and deliver even greater impact.”

McVey holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master's in Engineering from the University of Oxford.
