Standardized supplier ESG risk analysis in the energy utilities sector

In 2022, the EPH subsidiary LEAG worked with around 3,000 suppliers and service providers. The focus was on maintenance and services as well as the supply of additives for environmentally friendly power plant operation. These service partners play a central role in LEAG’s value creation and the permanent optimization of the sustainability of processes.

In light of the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG), LEAG was looking for a solution to continuously analyze its suppliers for sustainability related risks.
