Webinar Series: Navigating the EUDR

EUDR is complex — this five-part series breaks it down, one week at a time. Join us this September and October to get your organization ready for the EU Deforestation Regulation.

Here you’ll find an overview of all our webinar recordings.
Watch our webinars free of charge and learn how to ensure your company not only meets the EUDR requirements, but also strengthens its market position through sustainable supply chains.

From January 2026, the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) will set a new standard for EU market access. Any company selling goods into the EU, whether based in Europe, the US, or Canada, must prove that certain commodities are free from deforestation through strict due diligence. With its reach extending far beyond Europe’s borders, the EUDR represents a global challenge for supply chains.

This webinar series, co-hosted with legal and operational experts, guides organizations step by step, from understanding the basics and assessing applicability, through organizational readiness and supplier collaboration, to leveraging digital tools and integrating compliance into everyday operations.

Episode 1 - recording

EUDR Fundamentals – Scope, Timing, and Legal Realities

Will the EUDR really become binding from January 2026, or could another delay be looming? Together with our partner Pohlmann & Company, legal experts will clarify the current status of the regulation, outline the core requirements, and help participants determine whether and how their company is affected. We will also cover the commodities in scope, applicability thresholds, and what enforcement may look like. Importantly, this session will also highlight that EUDR is not limited to EU-headquartered businesses: US and other non-EU companies placing products on the EU market must equally comply. This global dimension makes it critical for organizations worldwide to prepare now.

Participants will walk away with a practical checklist of what to establish immediately to ensure smooth implementation.

Episode 3

Digitalizing EUDR Due Diligence – Tools, Integration & Data Management

EUDR compliance is built on a structured due diligence process: from identifying affected materials and products to creating and submitting Due Diligence statements (DDS) to the EU TRACES portal. In this session, we’ll walk through the key due diligence dimensions and show how digital tools can make them practical and scalable. We will highlight how plug-and-play integrations with SAP and Celonis allow you to embed these requirements directly into transactional processes, ensuring efficiency and auditability across the supply chain.

Episode 4

Working with Suppliers – Collaboration for EUDR Compliance

No company can achieve EUDR compliance alone. Supplier collaboration is one of the biggest challenges: obtaining data, ensuring geolocation accuracy, and engaging smallholders. This episode will highlight practical strategies for supplier engagement, incentives, and transparency.

Episode 5

Ask the Experts – Q&A on EUDR Challenges and Next Steps

After four deep-dive sessions, this final episode is dedicated entirely to your questions. Together with our experts, we’ll host a live Q&A to tackle the most pressing EUDR challenges. This interactive format offers a unique opportunity for peer-to-peer learning and direct expert guidance. Whether you’re just starting your EUDR journey or already advanced in your preparations, bring your questions and join the discussion.
